Hidro Solo Sand Filters are manufactured for use in drip and micro-sprinkler irrigation systems, following the most rigorous standards to deliver a product that exceeds international quality benchmarks.
Hidro Solo Sand Filters are essential to ensure the efficiency and durability of the irrigation system. They serve as the first barrier against suspended solids entering the irrigation network.
To optimize this performance, we have developed and patented our own crepina high performance which, combined with a good spatial distribution, allows us to have one of the lowest loss in the market charging filters.
A high-tech treatment with pickling, phosphatizing and application of epoxy resin and polyester resin powder, applied electrostatically to 90,000 volts, and cured in an oven at 230 °C ensures a high quality protection, both in relation to water and contaminants, as the ultra violet, can be installed in the field, in the open, ensuring life for many years.
