Product Description

To optimize this performance, we have developed and patented our own high performance crepina. Combining with a good spatial distribution, gives us one of the filters with lowest head loss in the market.

High technological surface treatment provided by an acid pickling and phosphating treatment, internal and external epoxy resin powder and polyester powder resin (UV ray resistant) coating, applied with a 90,000 volt electrostatic system, both cured in a 230 °C oven. This ensures a high quality protection of the carbon steel, from both, corrosion and UV ray wear.

* Nominal flow rate based on a 3 min effluent detention time in the carbon.

** Maximum working pressure calculated in view of the ASME regulation Section VIII, Division 1.

*** Activated carbon volume calculated based 0.7 m high bed.

**** The cylindrical height is equal to 1 meter in all models.

Minimum activated carbon particle size: 30 mesh.

Note: On request, we can manufacture filters to any pressure and flow rate.
