It’s a system made of high technology surface treatment carbon steel, acid pickling, phosphatization, electrostatic powder painting and oven curing at 230 °C, which ensures high quality protection against corrosion.
Additionally all the pieces are covered with layers of fiberglass.
They come with patented, collapse-proof, high performance 1″ BSP Pluvitec Crepines with unique slotted discs.
• All parts are built in materials and forms that allow for standardization, ease of anti-corrosion treatment and quick assembly;
• Simple and quick assembly;
• An angle cradle all around the filter contour supports the steel plates;
• All bolts and nuts used are stainless steel;
• The joints between the plates and between the walls and plates are sealed with fiberglass lamination and polyester or epoxy resin;
• This technology can be applied to any filter size and form, including fiberglass circular filters;
• Complete bottom supply in fully pre-treated parts without on-site welding and painting.
